Unbrace is an iPhone app of short guided mobility resets, three to ten minutes, for people who sit all day: neck, shoulders and back, at your desk, on a call or at home. No equipment, no account. The reset of the day is free; Unbrace+ unlocks the whole library.

What Unbrace is

What Unbrace is not
- Not a medical app: no diagnosis, no treatment, no medical advice. If discomfort persists, talk to a health professional.
- Not a fitness or performance app: no calories, no heart rate, no leaderboard, no camera, no AI coach.
- Not a habit trap: one reminder a day at most, at the hour you choose, and no streak to protect.
